If you manufacture, import, distribute or retail pipe, profile and steel, put your products in front of the trade buyers who already shop here. Pricing and settlement are agreed in writing before anything ships, and one named contact stays with you throughout.
Frequently asked questions
How often are the prices updated?
The pipe and profile list is updated every working day, and the date of the last change is printed above each table. The chart beside a row shows how that item has moved.
Do you issue a formal invoice?
Yes. Every order can be invoiced formally with your tax registration on it — just enter the company details when you place the order.
How is carriage calculated?
It is worked out from the weight and the destination and shown in the basket before you pay. For heavy loads our transport desk will also suggest cheaper routings.
What if the goods do not match the specification?
We collect it at our own cost and replace it. You can open the return from your account without phoning anyone.
